Registration is now open for the upcoming CAPH/SNI 2024 Annual Conference taking place December 4-6 at the Meritage Resort in Napa, California.

Our schedule is tentative and subject to change. Check back frequently for keynote speaker and schedule announcements.

Registration

PRICING AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION

Member Early Bird Price – $930 After October 18 – $1030
Non-Member Early Bird Price – $1080 After October 18 – $1280

Member and Non-Member registrations include attendance to the Chairs Reception and Gala. If you wish to bring a guest to either event, an additional ticket must be purchased using the Chairs Reception or Gala Guest options during registration.

Chairs Reception Guest – $150
Gala Guest – $225

To receive a full refund, cancellations must be emailed to Gina Lenhart by Friday, November 15. Cancellations between November 16 and November 25 will incur a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after November 25. The final day to register is Friday, November 29.

Hotel

Book your room at the Meritage Resort by Friday November 1 to secure the CAPH/SNI group rate of $287.10* per night! Please note that the November 1 cut-off is a guideline and does not guarantee availability. Book early as rooms fill fast.

Applications for the 2024 Quality Leaders Awards (QLAs) are now open! The QLAs showcase our members’ most outstanding efforts to advance high-quality, equitable health care for Californians. The QLAs include four categories of awards: Equity, Population Health, Care Redesign, and Innovation. Visit our website to learn more, download an application, and check out last year’s winners.
