Registration is now open for the upcoming CAPH/SNI 2024 Annual Conference taking place December 4-6 at the Meritage Resort in Napa, California.

PRICING AND CANCELLATION INFORMATION
Member Price – $1030
Non-Member Price – $1280
Member and Non-Member registrations include attendance to the Chairs Reception and Gala. If you wish to bring a guest to either event, an additional ticket must be purchased using the Chairs Reception or Gala Guest options during registration.
Chairs Reception Guest – $150
Gala Guest – $225
To receive a full refund, cancellations must be emailed to Gina Lenhart by Friday, November 15. Cancellations between November 16 and November 25 will incur a $100.00 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after November 25. The final day to register is Friday, November 29.
