Registration is now open for the CAPH/SNI 2026 Annual Conference December 2-4 at the Meritage Resort and Spa in Napa, California.
This year’s theme, Resilience Reimagined: Transforming Pressure into Progress, reflects the work of California’s public health care systems as they navigate financial pressures, workforce challenges, and a rapidly evolving health care landscape while continuing to serve communities across the state.
The conference will bring together leaders from across California for keynote discussions and peer conversations focused on the issues shaping the future of the health care safety net.
New for 2026: Continuing Education and Continuing Medical Education Credits Available
In support of improving patient care, this conference has been planned and implemented by CAPH/SNI and Pinnacle Conference, LLC. Pinnacle Conference, LLC is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team. The CAPH/SNI conference is accredited for 11 CE hours and a certificate of attendance will be provided to all participants. To learn more about which institutes are covered, visit our FAQ section.

Hotel Questions
Is there a deadline to reserve my room?
Yes. The last day to reserve your room is November 6. However as rooms do fill quickly, the deadline does not guarantee availability. We highly recommend reserving your room early.

Travel & Transportation
What airport should I fly into?
The Meritage Resort and Spa is located at 875 Bordeaux Way, Napa, CA 94558. It is 47 miles from Oakland Airport, 55 miles from San Francisco International Airport, and 60 miles from Sacramento International Airport.
Is parking available at the conference hotel?
Yes. Valet parking is $25 per vehicle, per day. Self-parking is $15 per vehicle, per day.
Is there a shuttle from any airport to the hotel?
There is no official conference shuttle. We recommend using a ride-share service or a taxi.
Registration
Do you offer discounts for group registrations?
Yes. A 10% discount is available for groups of 4 or more, provided attendees are registered together under one invoice.
What are the registration deadlines?

What is the dress code?
Conference sessions: Business casual
Gala Dinner: Cocktail attire encouraged, but not required.
Will session recordings be available after the event?
Session recordings will not be available after the conference. We encourage attendees to participate in real-time to get the most out of each session.
Where can I find the conference agenda?
The full agenda will be posted on the conference website as the event approaches. We’ll also share a mobile app closer to the conference date with session details and logistics.
