Government Relations Analyst

Reporting to the Senior Director of Government Relations, the Government Relations Analyst will oversee and coordinate the association’s government relations priorities, including tracking legislation, drafting advocacy materials, liaising with legislative offices and stakeholders, and organizing legislative events. Additionally, they will be responsible for analyzing specific bills, developing recommendations, supporting member system government affairs teams, maintaining relationships with legislative staff and other associations, and assisting in planning the annual CAPH/SNI conference.

Policy Analyst
Under the supervision of the Associate Director of Policy, the policy analyst will analyze and contribute to the development of CAPH’s policy and legislative initiatives, encompassing tasks such as conducting analyses, tracking legislation impact, collaborating with CAPH leadership, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. Additionally, they will assist in planning and executing the annual CAPH/SNI conference by coordinating speaker confirmations, preparing materials, and managing logistics in collaboration with colleagues.
